crane systems

Gantry Cranes
Gantry crane systems are mobile lifting apparatuses used in various domains, including craft workshops, auto repair shops, and industrial settings. They are suitable for handling loads in the lower and middle range. The control of these systems can be manual or partially automated, and they do not require a track path.

Overhead cranes
The overhead crane consists of one or two main girders carried by end beams (carriers). Depending on the bridge design, overhead cranes can be single-girder or double-girder, freestanding, or suspended. Overhead cranes have load capacities ranging from 500 kg to several tons.

Pillar Mounted Jib Cranes
Column-mounted jib cranes are typically installed on the floor with the help of their own column. They are usually equipped with an electric chain hoist and can be manually rotated. This makes them highly efficient for performing multiple lifts over short distances.
  • Column-mounted jib cranes have a rotation range of up to 270 degrees.
  • They can lift loads up to 1000 kg.
  • Column height can reach up to 5000 mm.

Wall Mount Jib Cranes
These types of cranes are wall-mounted, offering efficient and precise lifting and transporting of loads. They are particularly suitable for industrial environments where the floor needs to remain clear, and space is limited. This type of crane is often used in manufacturing settings and workshops where precise and easy handling of loads is required.
  • Wall-mounted jib cranes typically have a rotation range of up to 180 degrees.
  • They can lift loads up to 1000 kg.
  • The jib arm can have a length ranging from 2000 to 6000 mm.
